LOCATION:
Set at the end of a quiet country lane, the (electric) gated entrance leads to the houses snuggled between meadows & woodland. The 17 acres of pastureland which surround the property give total privacy & tranquillity. The main garden areas are child friendly & laid to lawn & shrubs, with the remainder fenced off to horses.
Easy walk or quick bike ride on country lanes to nearby village (15 mins walk) which has a small store/bakery for small daily needs, whilst the village of Parisot with more facilities is just 6 kms away. The large bastide town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue just 20 mins by car.
SPORTING ACTIVITIES (kayaking, horse riding, rock climbing, tennis, mountain bike hire, tree zip wire etc.) are found at St. Antonin Noble Val (25 mins by car), Parisot (5 Mins) and Najac (app 20 mins). In the vicinity are many delightful medieval villages/towns with speciality shops, fetes and night markets.

LOUNGE : (9m x 5m) with garden doors onto the main social areas & pool.
Comfortable seating with TV (UK Satellite free to air channels). Features include : the original stone evier, wood burning stove is set in a high stone chimney.

(NB : the short flight of stairs to the first floor has quite a steep pitch, therefore care must be taken with small children).

Poolside there is also a : Wood Bread oven (working), table tennis & Swing set for children in the gardens.
The gardens surround the property and offer complete privacy, giving the opportunity to relax by the pool or to take a quiet stroll down the country lane to explore. Large Parking area available for cars.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
The pricing 14 JULY ~ 01 SEPT reflect rental of BOTH HOUSES for SOLE USE (unless otherwise agreed).
For any weeks outside this period, when the Main House & Guest House can be rented INDEPENDANTLY on a shared pool basis, SOLE USE of pool & gardens can be secured by payment of a small supplement (£ 200/week).
