Double bed (140 x 200cm) with en suite bathroom : bath with shower attachement & glass screen, hand basin & WC.

Large glazed doors onto the garden, offering its own SEPARATE entrance, thus giving total independence.

GARDEN (180m2)

The garden is walled and offering more  privacy for a town house.  Laid to lawn with external dining table (for 6 persons).   Sun loungers & cushions available.

'Backyard BBQ' is available for clients use.

Easy parking either within gated gardens for 2 cars (see picture right) or in the quiet side~street immediately beside (where  parking is free).

 

 

 

 

Take morning coffee on the balcony terrace, front of house / afternoon tea in the garden.

  • LOUNGE / DINING AREA :   Table & chairs for 6 persons, together with easy seating & TV with Canal Sat viewing + DVD player, music centre.
  • Garden + Dining Table for 6
  • Underfloor Central Heating (main floor & ground floor) for out of season bookings.
  • Tariff includes towels, linen & electricity.
  • An English speaking caretaker is located nearby for assistance.

 

NB : Parents of young children should be aware that there is a low wall along one side of the garden running above a small canal. (wall app. 1 ft high). Also the pitch of the internal stairs may not be suitable for children under 5 years.

Apologies, but pets are not allowed at this property.
