Situated just 3 kms from town of Caylus with shops, mini supermarket, bars, restaurants, post office, leisure activities (incl. tennis courts & lake for picnics) / town of Villefranche de Rouergue is approx. 20 mins drive with all main supermarkets & commerce.

 

The house is within easy reach of the medieval town of St. Antonin Noble Val (20 mins) with its varied sporting activities (including kayaking, rock climbing, zip wire, horse riding etc). The surrounding countryside also provides ample opportunities for walking & cycling..

Location : short drive from Albi (1 hour) / Cordes sur Ciel (30 mins) and the wine district of Gaillac (45 mins). The historical city of Toulouse is 1 hr 15 mins. away.

The garden is laid to large expanse of lawn / shrubs ~ ideal for childrens games ~ and offers natural shade when dining. Childrens play unit with swing, climbing ladder & slide.

Large car port for several cars, as well as ample parking to the rear of the gated property.

A large terraced area is set directly in front of the property for dining, with views to pool.

 

Main house: 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms + Independent Annexe: 1 double bedroom / 1 bathroom.

The house has been very tastefully renovated to maintain many original features (exposed stonework and ceiling beams, original eviers, etc.), whilst at the same time being extremely well-equipped with top of the range facilities and furnished to a modern, contemporary style.

GUESTS WITH WALKING DISABLITIES

As all main social areas are located on the ground floor, together with the bedroom / Independant Annexe, this proves very practical for people with walking disabilities or wheelchair bound. There is just 1 step total between all social areas, external dining terrace & Annexe bedroom.
