KITCHEN next to Family Salon : Fully equipped with tall fridge / freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob / electric oven / extractor / dishwasher and family kitchen table with bench seats. Belfast-style sink, hand made beech worktops. Separate utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Garden doors again directly out onto the external dining terrace and garden

MATURE GARDENS (8355m2 / 2 acres with no near neighbours) lead out from the front of the house towards the pool. Laid mainly to lawns with long views across to a distant hamlet, there is also a separate lawn for boules & badminton and a paddock running roadside, partially mown to create a little meandering path to enjoy nature. Help yourselves to an abundance of plums and figs.

Plenty of shaded off-road parking so you don't have to park in front of the house if you don't want to.
